Our last day in Ischia was simply wonderful. All together, we discovered the little gem of Sant’Angelo before visiting the famous La Mortella – Walton Gardens, considered among the most beautiful botanical gardens in the world. Accompanied by a guide, we had the opportunity to discover the many wonders of this truly enchanting garden.
In the evening, we all gathered for a wonderful and very generous dinner, which ended on a perfect note with a delicious rum babà enjoyed on the beach.
It was with great emotion that we told each other that this was not goodbye but, we hope, simply “see you again”. See you next year: we are now all part of the big Erasmus+ family.
We would like to warmly thank the students, the host families, the Headteacher, Assunta Barbieri, as well as the entire Erasmus+ team: Carmela Postiglione, Ilenia Lauro and Brigida Calise, together with Lorenzo and Mariella, for their warm welcome, their support and their generosity throughout this wonderful experience.
