On 29 September, our S6 and S7 learners had the opportunity to test Borders 2.0, an interactive educational game developed by Logic Locks.
The testing session took place in Schengen, aboard the historic Prinzessin Marie-Astrid Europa, the ship on which the Schengen Agreement was signed.
As part of the experience, the learners explored questions surrounding borders, mobility, solidarity, security and public responsibility. They were faced with different dilemmas, negotiated with one another, balanced competing priorities and experienced the consequences of their collective decisions.
By testing the game, our learners were able to actively contribute to the development of an engaging educational experience while reflecting on some of the key challenges facing Europe today.
