All primary cycle children (ages 6–12) at the International School of Mondorf-les-Bains can benefit from the education and care service from Monday to Friday. Since the SEA-EIMLB is located within the International School itself, the children are spared the inconvenience of having to change buildings to access the reception and care service before and after class periods.
SEA programme
- In the morning: gentle reception in the SEA before the start of classes.
- At midday: the children eat a hot meal together, served at the table, accompanied by the socio-educational staff. Afterwards, they can enjoy free play and the various activities offered by the SEA team.
- In the afternoon: extracurricular activities, free play, and supervision and/or support for the children with their homework.
- During school holidays, the SEA organizes specific projects, excursions, guided tours, sports days, and more.
The rooms serve different functions, offering the following services: arts and creativity, various types of games, psychomotricity, construction games such as Lego®, meals and snacks, as well as supervision for homework. The practical advantage is undeniable, since the SEA can make use of the International School’s specialized rooms (arts and music).
SEA opening hours
During the school term, the opening hours are from 7:00 p.m. in the morning until 7:00 a.m. in the evening outside class hours.
During school holidays, the SEA is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., without interruption. Activities are organized throughout the day, for example: excursions, walks, cooperation with local associations, sports clubs, visits to Luxembourgish sites and attractions, and many other activities.

- from December 24th to January 1st inclusive each year
