Timetable by Subject for the Reception classes in Secondary
ACCU classes are reception classes in secondary education aimed at supporting newly arrived Learners or those needing language support, typically aged 12 to 15 years. These classes provide a transitional, supportive learning environment that helps Learners integrate into mainstream education.
Who Is It For?
- Learners recently arrived in Luxembourg with limited proficiency in French, German, English, or Luxembourgish.
- Learners assessed (e.g. via CASNA tests) as needing linguistic and academic integration.

A 15-minute break is scheduled:
- every morning at 9:30 a.m.;
- on Thursdays and Fridays at 11:15 a.m.;
- on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at 2:15 p.m.
During the lunch break—and occasionally at the end of the school day—supervised activities are offered to Learners.
After classes, a study and support session is offered from Monday to Thursday.
