Mission

The CARE TEAM is made up of three members of the school, all trained in systemic coaching. The coach supports Learners, on a voluntary basis, when they are faced with a challenge they wish to actively address. The coach’s role is to guide the Learner in exploring new perspectives, taking a step back, and (re)activating their own resources.

In this partnership, the Learner remains the expert of their own content and life, while the coach is the expert in guiding the process and the structure. Coaching is built on a relationship of trust: the coach listens actively, provides targeted support, helps clarify needs, and encourages Learners to work on their topics independently.

It is essential that both partners meet on equal footing and are able to collaborate in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
