Feel Good

“Growing through wellbeing and resilience

The Feel Good Project is a three-year school initiative (S1–S3) aimed at enhancing learners’ wellbeing, resilience and social interaction. The goal is to establish a lasting culture of mindfulness, respect and self-reflection across all classes. Much more than a school programme, Feel Good initiates a culture of healthy, conscious and respectful living.

What is the goal of this project?

The project deliberately promotes students’ social, emotional and mental intelligence. It encourages respectful behaviour towards others and oneself, supports personal development and helps students better understand their own strengths and limitations.

Project objectives:

  • Mental health & Resilience: Stress management, crisis management, strengthening inner resilience
  • Personal development: Self-image, self-acceptance, empowerment
  • Social skills & Diversity: Inclusion, empathy and respectful coexistence
  • Creativity & Self-reflection: Time for oneself, slowing down, digital detox
  • Nature & Health: Connection with the environment, mindful eating, body awareness

Project principles:

  • Active participation of learners
  • A safe and respectful learning environment
  • Open and respectful communication
  • Space to slow down in the hectic school day
  • Self-reflection & commitment: Promotion of personal development and social responsibility

Central themes:

  • Me with others
  • Me and my resources
  • Me and my communication
  • Me and my strengths
  • Me and my values
  • Me and the environment

More than a school programme: The Feel Good project is much more than just a school programme – it is an impetus for a sustainable and healthy approach to learning and life.

Become who you are.
